Welcome to Studio Modele’s Free Business Presence Giveaway Competition! By participating in this giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering the giveaway. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the giveaway.

Giveaway Overview

The Free Business Presence Giveaway is designed to provide one (1) winner with a comprehensive brand identity and online presence, which includes:

• A full brand identity and research for the winner’s company.
• A professional website or e-commerce website including hosting, a domain, and professional product photography valid for 1 year from the date of receiving (will be verfied by a contract) with an option of renewal under specific terms mentioned below.
• Two (2) professional email addresses valid for one (1) year with an option of renewal under specific terms mentioned below.
• 4 to 6 professionally made social media posts for winner to share.

How to Enter

1. Follow: Participants must follow Studio Modele’s account on either Instagram or TikTok.
2. Comment: Leave a comment on the giveaway post tagging at least one person. Each additional comment tagging a different person will count as an additional entry. To maximize your chances, it is recommended to tag one individual per comment.
3. Questionnaire: Participants must complete all details in the questionnaire to be considered a part of it.

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
2. Have a valid Instagram or TikTok account.
3. Agree to all the terms and conditions specified herein.

Important Disclaimers

By entering the giveaway, you understand and agree to the following:

1. No Legal Documents: Studio Modele will not provide any legal documents, such as business registration, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or similar legal agreements or any monetary compensation for it, It is the winner’s responsibility to acquire all necessary legal documentation.
2. Goods Provision: Studio Modele will not supply any products or services intended for resale. The responsibility for providing the goods to be sold lies solely with the business owner.
3. Limited Liability: Studio Modele’s responsibility is limited to the development of the online presence as specified above for a period not exceeding one (1) year. Participation in the giveaway does not confer any ownership of intellectual property created by Studio Modele.
4. Renewal Terms: Upon the completion of the initial one-year period, the winner may renew the provided services for the specified fee of 800 AED per month (expect for the brand identity and research which is valid for lifetime)
5. End Date: The giveaway end date will be announced on our social media platforms by mid-May 2025 and may be subject to change at the discretion of Studio Modele.

General Conditions

1. Right to Disqualify: Studio Modele reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate the giveaway terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
2. Modification of Terms: Studio Modele may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the giveaway will constitute acceptance of any amended terms.
3. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studio Modele operates, and any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
